The truth is most of us could benefit from developing a more nurturing, compassionate relationship with ourselves. If we were asked to write the words we say to ourselves at any given moment on our bodies would we walk tall or curl up in embarrassment and shame?
The great news is that every day is a brand new opportunity to flush out toxins that we have taken in from the day before. Our body speaks and we need to make it a priority to pause, listen and give it the attention it deserves, more often.
